At Age UK Kensington & Chelsea we actively combat loneliness by connecting isolated older people with the community and supporting them to join group activities. Our goal is to reach out to the most vulnerable and at risk elderly though developing friendship and providing support and practical help.
We think that showing love for one another is the only way to fight it. For this reason, the Valentine’s Concert is an opportunity to come together on this one special occasion and feel, yet again, that we are not on our own, we are going through life together and support each other in the good and bad times.
For over 10 years we celebrate 'Friendship, Community and Partnership' every Valentines day.
