Name of Event: The Big Half 2018

Volunteer Role: To provide side line support giving moral support to the runners, as well as boosting the recognition of the Charity to make sure people know who we are and how we can help.

The Big Half is a brand new event in London this year, and will see the likes of Mo Farah take on a brand new route from London Bridge to Greenwich. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help bring this event to life by providing epic side line support for our team of runners. Volunteers will receive a free Shelter t-shirt and references can be provided on request. Volunteers will play an integral role to the success of this event by helping to raise money for those facing bad housing and homelessness by supporting our team runners.  They will help to provide a memorable atmosphere and give support to the runners.

This is a brand new event, so information will be provided as and when we hear it from the race organiser. Interested volunteers should get in touch and we will keep them updated with everything they need to know.
