Join us for our women's only taster session, great for beginners or those with a little experience looking to try Powerlifting or Weightlifting! You'll learn foundational skills including bracing, breath-work as well as the 3 main lifts of Powerlifting (Squat, Bench and Deadlift) or the 2 main lifts of Weightlifting (Clean and Jerk, and Snatch), with comp spec equipment and advice from our qualified, competitive team. The session is designed to introduce techniques specific to each lift so don't worry if you're new to the sport or the gym. 

Be sure to dress in athletic wear and bring a water bottle.
