Pole fitness will hold 4 kinds of activities: Pole Taster, Heel Routine Taster, Flexibility and Open Pole Practice for non-members. 

Pole Taster is a 30mins class teach by committee members. There will be 4 Taster session in total. They are on Monday 19th 11:00am-12:00pm and Friday 23rd afternoon 2:00pm-3:00pm. In each class, participant will do a short warm up and learn 3-4 static pole tricks.

Heel Routine Taster is a 60mins class delivered by experienced society member. Only 7 spots is available. It is on Wednesday 21st 7:00-8:00pm.

Flexibility is a 60mins class, 8 spots is available. It will be on Friday 23rd 1:00pm-2pm. It is a partner base class. Fun and participants will encouraged by each other.

Pole practice is open for non-members on Tuesday 20th 3:00pm-5:00pm and Friday 23rd 3:00-6:00pm. It is a mixed practice session with pole fitness members, there will be supervisors there.

Pole Fitness will try our best to celebrate this event with UCLU. Every open class is beginner friendly and free.
