Put on your dancing shoes!

To celebrate This Girl Can, we’ll be putting on a special female-only dance fitness class, with our amazing Project Active instructor Davy. 

A total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility! This class mixes dance and aerobic low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party to the beat of hip-hop, salsa and mambo.

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

You’ll need: 

  • roughly 2m x 2m of space
  • a water bottle to stay hydrated
