Free classes for TeamUCL members with Jordan Lue (strength and conditioning coach). The zoom links will be sent to those that purchase the free tickets on the morning/night before of the class, along with information on what equipment/space will be required.
Friday HIIT (08:00 – 08:45)
A high intensity interval class, using either a pair of dumbbells or loaded rucksack! We will be exploring the traditional strength training exercises in a circuit format with work-rest periods. With progressions and regressions available, no matter your skill level you’ll be able to stay fit during lockdown!
