Free classes for TeamUCL members with Jordan Lue (strength and conditioning coach). The zoom links will be sent to those that purchase the free tickets on the morning/night before of the class, along with information on what equipment/space will be required.

Thursday Active Recovery (12:30 – 13:30)

Following the hard graft of your training week, we will be going through a guided recovery session. With use of both stretching and foam rollers. Ensuring that you’re primed and ready for your next workout and reducing the risk of injury!
