Yoga Nidra is a guided mediation class that will help you relax and destress aiding better sleep and reducing stress and anxiety during the busy exam period. Meditation can help increase concentration, creativity and productivity. 

This class will run for 5 weeks and is part of series that will develop technique, but don’t worry if you can’t make all of them as each class will still be beneficial.

You’ll need:

  • somewhere quiet with space to lie down and relax
  • you can join in from your bed as there is a good chance you might fall asleep!

We will use props to hold the body in space and utilise long holds (5-10 mins) to allow a complete surrender. Grab your scented oils and a blanket and join Project Active each week to feel yourself melt away, within the comfort of your own home, in a space where sleep is actively encouraged.

Joining Instructions: This class will be held on Zoom, you can access zoom via desktop or you can download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. You will receive an email including the link to the class 24 hours before the class starts.
