This class will  take place in the Lewis’ Building Dance Studio, 1st floor, 134-136 Gower Street, WC1E 6BP

This women’s only Dare2 Try Barre Concept class combines ballet, pilates and contemporary dance to help build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels so you don’t need any previous experience of ballet, pilates or dance.

Don’t forget it’s important to stay active and keep moving, especially during the exam period. Physical activity has been proven to effectively help improve mood, focus, memory and energy levels.  As little as 20 mins of activity can help clear your head and boost endorphins, helping reduce stress and anxiety.  Plus you’ll feel great and refreshed afterwards!

Pre-booking is required as spaces are limited!

No equipment needed, but you will need comfortable clothing you can stretch in.

All Project Active sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

If you can’t make this date, check out our other upcoming sessions here.

Our Dare2Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new and fun, in a friendly, non-judgemental and non-competitive environment. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels.

Project Active offers you a wide range of beginner friendly activities from Barre Fitness to Touch Rugby.

You don’t have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest; Project Active is about feeling empowered and having fun, but most of all enjoying being active in whatever way works for you!

No commitment. No judgement. No experience needed.
Just beginner friendly, inclusive activity adapted to you.
