Last session of Term 1. Sessions will resume Friday 18th January.

Squash is great way to unwind and release any first term tensions as well as being fantastic for improving fitness. We will help you learn the basics in a friendly environment. Don’t worry if you’ve never picked up a racquet before, we will have you returning serve and mastering the backhand before you know it!

Rackets and balls provided. 

Pre-booking is required.

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a comfortable, non - judgemental, non-competitive friendly environment. All classes are suitable for complete beginners and fitness levels so there’s no need to worry if you don’t have any previous experience.
