Rhythmic and playful practice that invites the exploration of the body through breath and movement, tapping into your inner child. This class is designed to help you find presence and fluidity in your body, whilst having fun. To open minded beings of all levels of ability, from complete beginners to more experience practitioners.

Equipment: All equipment will be provided at the class.
What to wear: Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in.
Please note: It is compulsory for you to fill in our Project Active Participant Registration Form before you attend the class. It should only take a few minutes and allows us to better understand our demographic. You will only need to fill this out once per academic year.
