Project Active’s Park Yoga is back! Join us in Tavistock Square at lunchtime on Tuesday the 21st of September and de-stress. Enjoy the benefits of yoga combined with the well-being and stress releasing effects of being outdoors, surrounded by nature.
Instructor Luciana will help you appreciate the feeling of the outdoors through her fun loving dynamic Vinsaya Flow class. Vinyasa Flow Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. This invigorating class will help develop your strength and flexibility.
Luciana says: “I teach a dynamic & playful vinyasa flow with focus on the breath and bodily sensations. I invite the practitioners to be present and pay attention to their unique experience of yoga. My classes are themed around the chakras and the elements (earth, water, fire and air) and I always explain what we’re working on at the beginning of the class”.
Equipment: Please bring a yoga mat. If you do not have one do not worry as we will bring extras!
Location: Tavistock Square. If the weather looks bad, we will see about moving this indoors (you will be kept informed).
