What to expect at Project Active Online: Postgraduate Pilates:
Our weekly online classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
You will receive your Zoom link 24 hours before the class begins. Please click on the link a couple of minutes before the start time. The instructor will admit you into the online class. Please keep your camera on during the class.
Mat Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates will help to elongate your body, improve your posture, breath and increase coordination, control and body awareness. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and stay active!
Please note: You may not be able to join the class if you are more than 10 minutes late to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to log onto the class.
