Weekly classes start from next week!

Grab a hoop and get your hips moving with our hula hoop class, focusing on core strength and toning this class will give you with a full body workout improving muscle strength, stability and posture.

We’ll provide the hoops. 

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels!

Location: Multipurpose Room, Bloomsbury Fitness Centre, 3rd floor of Bloomsbury Theatre building, WC1H 0AH

Please sign in with reception on arrival. No gym pass/membership needed for Project Active classes.

Changing facilities: changing room and showers available in the gym.  
Alternatively, there are toilets located on the 2nd floor.

Accessibility Information:

Multipurpose Room: Step-free access into building available via platform lift located next to main entrance. 
Alternatively you can access the building via the basement lift. Go down access path, one building over next to the New Student Centre building, head down the footpath and when you reach the Bernard Kratz building, turn right.  When you reach the Refectory (cafeteria), turn right again and head through the large grey double doors to enter the basement level of the Bloomsbury Theatre, lifts located on your right.  The Multipurpose Room is located on the 3rd Floor in the Gym, on the second level across the footbridge
