Box HIIT is a high intensity class alternating between elements of boxing and different exercises. A high impact session that improves stamina, cardio, agility, speed and strength. This class is a great stress reliever leaving you feeling invigorated. This class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

Equipment: A water bottle to stay hydrated. 

Joining Instructions: This class will be held on Zoom, you can access zoom via desktop or you can download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom. You will receive an email including the link to the class 24 hours before the class starts. 

Please note: It is compulsory for you to fill in our Project Active Participant Registration Form before you attend the class. It should only take a few minutes and allows us to better understand our demographic. You will only need to fill this out once per academic year.
