As part of the opening of the New Student Centre, Project Active will be hosting a beginner friendly yoga session aimed at helping ease the tensions of sitting at a desk all day long!  Join us for a great way to unwind over your lunchtime!

Please note this one off yoga session will take place in the Foyer of the Student Centre.
The class is free to attend but you need to register your place. 

No previous yoga experience or equipment needed; we’ll provide mats and blocks.

Please book as places are limited due to space.

All Project Active sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.
