This class will run for 5 weeks and is part of series that will develop technique, but don’t worry if you can’t make all of them as each class will still be beneficial.

Nidra yoga is a guided mediation class that will help you relax and destress aiding better sleep and reducing stress and anxiety.
Meditation can help increase concentration, creativity and productivity

You’ll need:

  • somewhere quiet with space to lie down and relax
  • you can join in from your bed as there is a good chance you might fall asleep!

You do not need an account or subscription just the joining link.
The zoom link will be in your booking confirmation email.

These classes will take place over 5 weeks (this is part 1 of 5) and over this time I hope to guide you into a deep meditative state that will induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Each week we will explore breathing techniques and gentle movement to calm the nervous system, before lying down and letting my voice guide you through a number of visualisations. Building on these techniques week on week, at the end of the course you can expect to feel restored and equipped with the tools needed to practise mindfulness and reduce stress any time you feel the need to. 

During Yoga Nidra your mind and body may appear to be asleep but the consciousness is working at a much deeper level of awareness. Better yet - it’s really easy and accessible - all you need to do is bring yourself, maybe a blanket and a cushion, lie down and get comfy, and listen to my voice. Feel free to listen in bed and drift off to sleep afterwards. 

Come take some time for yourself to completely chill out, you deserve it.
