Hey, my name is Kirty and I’m a Pilates teacher and I have been practising for 10 years and teaching for 4 years. My style of teaching is fun, light-hearted and playful with a safe blend of flow and alignment.
Bring a mat if you own one, and make sure you have enough space to fully stretch your body!
