Martial Arts Self-Defence is an energetic mix of fitness, boxing and kickboxing movements. This class is for all abilities, with no previous experience required. You are guaranteed to get your heart-rate pumping whilst learning some combat moves in a fun-filled session. 

No equipment needed and limited space required.

A word from your Instructor:

Hey, I’m Laura and I am a passionate Martial Artist and Fitness Instructor. My background is in Karate specifically. I pride myself on being a friendly and approachable instructor. My classes are easy to follow and will help you find new ways to challenge yourself. I will guide you through everything you need to know. With some good tunes and feel good vibes we will get our sweat on.
