Box HIIT is a high intensity class alternating between elements of boxing and exercises at a pace with short rests between sets that will get your heart rate going. Each class will consists of 30 mins of various exercises to improve core stability, strength, agility, speed and focuses on toning to help you feel fitter and stronger.
Classes begin with a warm up and end with a 15min warm down for deep stretching.

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels but be prepared to have a good workout!

Equipment: A yoga mat for stretching, and a towel and water bottle to stay hydrated!

Joining Instructions: You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app.   You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom.  Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll be emailed a link to join the class closer to the time.
