Barre Concept is a low impact class which combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the technique of ballet to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
Classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness.
No previous experience of ballet, yoga or pilates is required to attend.
You’ll need:
- roughly 2m x 2m of space
- a chair to hold the back of for stability
- a yoga mat, if you have one
Joining Instructions:
You’ll need to access Zoom via your web browser or download the app.
You do not need an account or subscription just the joining link.
The zoom link will be in your booking confirmation email.
