Barre Concept is a low impact class that which combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
No experience of ballet, yoga or pilates is required; to attend.

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all levels of fitness. 

Equipment: 
You’ll need a chair to hold the back of for some of the exercises and a yoga mat, if you have one. Please ensure you have enough space to move around, roughly 2m x 2m

Joining Instructions: 
You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app.   You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom, just the joining link.
