An invigorating 45 min class that will help develop your breathing, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa Flow Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next and this class will leave you feeling positive and energised, ready to start the day!

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.

You’ll need: 

  • around 2m x 2m area of space. 
  • a yoga mat, if you do not have one just find somewhere with a soft surface/a non slip rug or towel.

Joining Instructions: 
You’ll need to access Zoom via your web browser or download the app.   
You do not need an account or subscription just the joining link.
The zoom link will be in your booking confirmation email.
