Like basic Pilates, Dynamic Pilates consists of a series of exercises designed to engage and strengthen your core, improve posture, flexibility, breath and strength.
Originally performed on a reformer machine, this version has been brought to the mat. Be prepared to sweat and flow.
Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
No previous Pilates experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.
You will need:
- around 2m x 2m area of space.
- basic props – ideally two equal hand weights (think can’s or bottles of water if you don’t have dumbbells)
- yoga mat, if you do not have one just find somewhere with a soft surface/a non slip rug or towel.
- a towel

You do not need an account or subscription just the joining link.
The zoom link will be in your booking confirmation email.
