The Yoga and Meditation Club want to show Postgraduate Students what they have to offer and are holding a one-off free taster session for you to try out.

Meditation is a simple practice available to all that can reduce stress, increase calmness and promote wellbeing. Learning how to meditate is straightforward. In this 40 minute taster, we’ll offer basic steps covering posture, what to do during meditation and also how to start your meditative journey. So take a deep breath, and get ready to relax.

The Instructor:

Henry leads weekly meditation sessions for UCL’s Yoga and Meditation Club. He has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme which is the most recognised and established mindfulness course, and has been scientifically proven to help people cope better with stress, depression and anxiety.
