Going into the weights area can be intimidating for anyone, at UCL Barbell Club we champion anyone wanting to lift weights and get strong so we’re here to teach you the basic technique of all the main lifts along with tips and tricks for how to set up equipment and plan a session, so everyone can have the confidence and knowledge
to walk into the weights area at the gym.
