This workshop is designed to provide students with tools that they can use to manage their own mental well-being as well as supporting their friends and peers effectively. They will explore how to keep boundaries, when it is necessary to seek professional support and how to approach the topic of mental health among friends and peers.

Come along to learn some practical tools to improve your mental wellbeing as we aim to create a positive mental health community at UCL by having an honest conversation about mental health.
