Stress Management with iCope

Tuesday 15 October, 5.30pm-7pm (aimed at all UCL students).

Location: online workshop. You will receive the link to join the event in your order confirmation email, and in a reminder email before the event starts.

Student Support and Wellbeing Services have teamed up with iCope, one of our external partners, to deliver this online workshop on stress management. iCope will teach you helpful techniques for overcoming stress that you can use whilst settling in to university life.

Webinar content:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) tools for stress management.
  • Understanding stress and how it shows up for us.
  • Practical methods of working through times of stress.
  • Wellbeing-focused techniques to manage emotions that come with starting university.
