Join the UCL New York Alumni Club for this special Women’s History Month event. UCL donor and academic, Simona Paravani-Mellinghoff, will share her fascinating leadership journey; from first in her family to go to university to joining the faculty of a global top 10 university.

Simona is Industrial Professor at the UCL Institute of Finance Technology, where she teaches Financial Analytics & Machine Learning, and Managing Director, Global CIO of Solutions, Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions at BlackRock.

UCL alumna and pioneering data scientist, Mariem Ayadi (Affiliate Computer Science), will chair an insightful conversation with Simona. Reflecting on her personal and professional experiences, you will then have the opportunity to ask your questions.

Book today to connect with, and learn from, two successful leaders and STEM advocates, at this event inspired by the 2021 International Women’s Day theme #choosetochallenge, focussing on celebrating women’s achievements and increasing visibility.

We look forward to welcoming you on 31 March!
