Feeling swamped with all the upcoming deadlines? Student Support and Wellbeing will be running some guided mindfulness meditation sessions in the Student Centre next week!

Meditation has been shown to slow down brain activity, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improving your wellbeing.

During the session you’ll get the chance to mindfully scan through the body from head to toe, taking note of your emotions, breath and sensations around you. The hour sessions will be divided into two 30 minute slots – 20 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes of silent meditation.
