Calm The Body

In this session, you will focus on techniques to calm the body to help manage stress and anxiety. We will do body-based practices that facilitate a sense of being grounded and calm as well as empowered and self-aware. You will learn how to regulate your nervous system and self-soothe as a way to counteract stress and anxiety and promote wellbeing.
