Rise and Shine!

Come join us for a leisurely continental breakfast and a chance to mingle with other students. Pastries, coffees and teas from our cafes will be available, so come along and get to know your fellow students over a hot cup of joe.

Our Advice Service will also be at Print Room Cafe and happy to discuss any questions you may have about your time at UCL. The Students’ Union Advice Service is an independent, impartial and confidential advice service for all UCL students. They are here to help if you are facing any difficulties, or if you want help with UCL regulations and procedures. They can even help you start to plan your budget for the term!

Three of our cafes (Gordon’s, George Farha and Print Room) will be hosting the event, please choose one cafe to attend. Only the Print Room Cafe breakfast will be hosted by the Advice Service - so come to the breakfast here or choose another cafe and swing by a little later for a chat.

If you have any dietary requirements, please let staff know beforehand!

About the Language + Writing Programme:

The Language + Writing programme is here to help non-native English speaking students with their academic writing and speaking. Our Peer Tutors run several different types of free activities to help you with your written and spoken English, including a regular programme of workshops, one-to-one sessions and ‘Coffee and Conversation’ which is a weekly opportunity to get together and practice your spoken English with other students. We’re looking forward to meeting you!

Tickets are non-refundable.
