Feeling anxious about exams? Worried that you're not revising effectively enough?

Look no further!

We are proud to announce that we are partnering with Hypnosis Unit UK to deliver a one day long workshop on self-hypnosis techniques for dealing with the exam period and for maximising your full potential. In this friendly and interactive workshop, you will learn to identify the basic physiological and underlying psychological factors that lead to stress from a leading expert in the field. Following on from this, you will learn 3-4 self-hypnotic techniques for aiding effective revision, general exam stress reduction and techniques for when you are sitting in the exams themselves. What makes these techniques so valuable is that they are lifelong skills that are not just restricted to the exam scenario - they can also be applied to other areas in life that cause stress, such as the workplace!
