Hello everyone!
To celebrate This Girl Can, we’ll be putting on a special female-only dance fitness class on Friday 29th January from 4.30-5.30pm with Nadine Scott, our amazing female coach (instagram: iamnadscott_pt).
This session will be a total body workout combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility! This class mixes self-defence and aerobic low and high-intensity moves to improve our skills and increase fitness.
The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
You’ll need:
- Roughly 2m x 2m of space
- Some water
