Monday 15 February 202115.30 to 16.30
Tag along to our online training session, led by a fully qualified external instructor. The session will comprise of three main parts: stretching, stamina building & flexibility; fighting technique practice & consolidation; and finally, light sparring. Expect to be pushed both physically and mentally during every session. All that being said, also expect to have a lot of fun along the way!
