Wanna know how the Greenwich Meridian Time (GMT) came about? And make some new friends, meet the committee? With some free pizza and drinks?

Come tour with us on the world's Prime Meridian where east meets west! We will take a walk through the World Heritage Site, taking in Cutty Sark (the historic sailing ship which was the fastest of its time), Royal Naval College and of course, the Royal Observatory, where you will be given an opportunity to visit the museum (ticket prices: https://www.rmg.co.uk/visit-Greenwich). We'll then take in some spectacular hilltop views with FREE PIZZA AND DRINKS before finishing with a classic pub pint at the Gipsy Moth.

MEETING TIME AND LOCATION: 1.15pm at Main Quad Portico

Don't worry, you don't need your hiking boots for this. But maybe having your raincoat/umbrella would help. Feel free to bring your own food and drinks, bring any friends along, click 'Going' on this event page, and we'll see you there!
