UCL Connect.ed has put together an interdisciplinary panel of its mentors to discuss their experience of studying for a PhD.
The event will be on Tuesday 23rd February at 3pm GMT on zoom.
If you are thinking of pursuing a PhD or a career in academia more generally, or if you want to find out more, this event is perfect for you.
It’s a rare opportunity to hear from PhD students themselves on what life is like as a PhD student, their experience of studying for a PhD, and about the journey to get there.
We are delighted to be joined by:
Alice Burleigh who is studying for a PhD in Child Health,
Szymon Walkowiak who is studying for a PhD in Artificial Intelligence,
Silvia Binenti who is studying for a PhD in Human Geography
There will also be time for a Q&A, where our panelists have kindly agreed to answer questions too.
You can sign up for the event on eventbrite here.
