A strength based workout session suitable for any level that you can make as easy or difficult as you would like. An especially helpful workout circuit for anyone who loves to run or has decided to take up running or more exercise since the New Year! We are going to do some ab, leg and glute work and you are free to use any resistance bands or weights that you have available to challenge yourself.
