- Hosted by Libertarian Society
Join the UCL Libertarian Society for an informal debate on the merits and impacts of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (EDI/DEI) initiatives. Following the debate, we will be heading out for a pub crawl to continue the discussion in a more relaxed setting.
Our only rule: If you can defend it, you can say it.
Whether you think DEI/EDI is a vital tool for social justice or a bureaucratic overreach that kills merit and free speech, this is the place to say it.
The Plan:
- The Debate (6 PM - 7 PM): The floor is open to everyone; discuss and debate!
- The Pub Crawl (7 PM Onwards, locations around Bloomsbury): We'll be heading out immediately after the debate to keep the conversation going. Disagreeing with your fellow members doesn't stop you being friends with them after!
