Join us on Monday 9th November 2020 (18:00 - 19:00 BST) for our self-care workshop where we will discuss:

  1. What is self-care?
  2. Understanding self-care
  3. Why is it important?
  4. Therapy and self-care
  5. Discussion

At the end of the session we will be discussing what self-care actions we each do personally. We will be exchanging ideas and learning from each other in order to better our own physical and mental health.

Membership is required - only £5 to access all of our events including a number of different workshops, therapeutic activities, academic events, and socials.
