Journaling is an excellent way to have an intimate conversation with yourself. It’s an opportunity for you to tune out the external noise and connect internally.⠀

This workshop will be focused on maintaining a work-life balance and dealing with change. ⠀

Our aim is to equip you with the tools, knowledge and inspiration to make you feel grounded in the midst of university life and your daily stresses. It’s finally time to give yourself permission to dig deeper and reclaim your joy.⠀⠀
