The UCL Alternative Proteins Project is excited to announce our first speaker event this academic year, in collaboration with the amazing Lifestyle Medicine Society!

Dr Hannah Theobold will discuss the evidence base behind mycoprotein nutrition, explain how Quorn came to be, and the progress made so far through decades of studies in the field. Want to know what the key ingredient of Quorn can do for your cardiovascular system, muscles, and gut microbiome? This is your chance to have your questions answered by an expert who speaks the language, has insights as a true insider, and is experienced in teaching food science!

Be sure to grab our membership (standard or taster - both are fine this time) before signing up!
