Have you ever wondered what happens to a collection ‘behind the scenes’? Have you ever been curious about the conservation work that is taking place in the largest national library in the world? If you are, this is a chance for you to see the Library’s world renowned conservators in action and gain insight into the techniques used to care for the library’s collections.

We will be meeting at the Main Quad at 13:30 and leave for the Library at 13:40 for a 13:50 arrival. The tour lasts approximately 75 minutes and please note that there is a considerable amount of walking and standing throughout the tour.
