Classes will be no gi solo drills with our coach Bradley Hill, focusing on BJJ specific movement drills and fitness. There will 14 places available at each class. Make sure to book weekend classes before Friday and to book Monday classes before Sunday. For details on availability and how to book check our instagram and facebook.
If you’ve never trained with us before in person you can pick up a free remote membership to attend one class for free.
If you’ve tried a free class with remote membership or have trained with us in previous years and want to keep training with us you can purchase the full membership on the union website.
