This is our class where we work on developing specific movement skills, raise our fitness and build our strength. The class is lead by BJJ British Champ, multiple time world medalist, and great coach Bradley Hill. 

Anyone of any skill or fitness level is welcome in this class!

The zoom link is emailed the morning before class to all our members, both free and paying.

Recordings of the class are available on our Youtube channel and clips are available in our content library for paying members.
