Universities Allied for Essential Medicines (UAEM) is an organisation within Students for Global Health, focusing on issues in access to medicines.

UCL is excited to host this year’s National Conference, ‘Medicines for People, Not for Profit’. If you want to learn more about the development of pharmaceuticals, meet other like-minded people, and get involved in the fight for equity in access to medicines, there is no better place to be on the 28th and 29th of March!

The conference will include:

- Plenaries from experts in the fields on issues surrounding access to healthcare, including Ken Shadlen, Mohga Kamal and Joe Mcarthur

- A series of interactive workshops on the topic of Access to Medicines

- Training workshops

- A social on the Saturday night

- Opportunities to meet amazing people from all over the country

Lunch and snacks will be provided and accommodation with a London member arranged for those who need it!
