Want to feel more focussed, relaxed and in control? Student Support and Wellbeing will be running some guided mindfulness meditation sessions in the Meditation Room, Student Centre, next week!

Meditation has been shown to slow down brain activity, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improving your wellbeing.

During the session you’ll get the chance to mindfully scan through the body from head to toe, taking note of your emotions, breath and sensations around you. Each session will last for 30 minutes – 20 minutes of guided meditation and 10 minutes silent meditation.
