Fulham Good Neighbours
Since 1966 Fulham Good Neighbours has supported older and disabled people in their homes and gardens, community and at our community centre, and now online. In 2019 we received The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service.

You will assist people visiting the Parsons Green Fair on Saturday, 1 July 2022 and help make sure that it is a safe and welcoming event for all the attendees.

Your travel expenses will be provided and we will reimburse your lunch costs up to £5. Two of your children or grandchildren under the age of 12 will also benefit from a free ride on all the children attractions. :)

What measures have you put in place to ensure volunteers’ safety during COVID-19?
The Fair will be compliant to latest government guidelines to minimise risk of infection. Additionally,

a. We ask all volunteers to only volunteer with a clear LFT result on the morning of the event.

b. We recommend that all volunteers are fully vaccinated.

c. We ask volunteers to carry sanitiser with them, and to use it regularly.

d. We ask volunteers to wear masks and maintain a safe social distance from others as appropriate.

This organisation is one of our community partner organisations.

Like all volunteer recruiters we work with, they have signed up to our service standards, agreeing to abide by our policy on partnership working.

In addition, the team here at Students’ Union UCL Volunteering Service is here to support you throughout your volunteering journey – you can get in touch at any time with any questions, queries or problems you encounter.
