One of our groups based in Kennington, SE11 is looking for a volunteer group leader to assist with running their weekly meetings. Ideally working with children (both boys and girls) ages 5-8 or 8-11 they will be working alongside experienced leaders to assist with delivering the weekly programme of activities. The group already has a number of student volunteers within the leadership team and the team are very social and welcoming.

Time commitment

The group requiring leaders meets every Tuesday. The 5-8 year olds meet from 16:45 until 18:00 and the 8-11 year olds meet from 18:15 until 19:45. volunteers need to be on site 15 minutes before the start of each session.
Ideally a volunteer would need to be there every week, although this is flexible and exam periods can be easily accommodated as this group has experience with working with students previously.
