Otermans Institute (OI) provides free professional development and soft skills training support to some of the most disadvantaged students mainly in the countries of Nepal, Bangladesh, and India. OI is also contracted with local governments and currently impacts 25,000+ pupils in the region. In-person training has taken a back seat due to COVID-19, but OI continues supporting students in disadvantaged parts of the world weekly using live digital sessions through the support of passionate volunteers. A few hours a week of your time can make a massive impact in the lives of these students. You will be trained and internally certified before starting your role.
Time commitment
Minimum 5 hours a week (spread throughout the week) from January 2022. There is no maximum amount of time, this is flexible and will be agreed mutually.
